3rd time a charm?

Ive just recently found out i conceive for the 3rd time..and i balled! I wasnt mentally ready as we just manage to ease up as both my sons are now easier to manage and pass the baby phase. My boys are 2 and 1 years old. I was a little depressed and felt overwhelmed. But now trying to accept the 3rd baby.. Its a blessing to have this baby! Im super emotional for this pregnancy..am i carrying a girl heheh.. and this is my 3rd c section.. is tubal ligation a gd next step for my health. Any1 can share the experience of csect and tubal ligation. thanks
