WEEK 38 - Contractions

I’ve read that some mummies had frequent BH contractions & it turns out that it was real contractions for labour. How do we differentiate? & are there really real contractions that are bearable that we can’t know the difference?

Frankly my contraction wasnt very close but i had very very bad tailbone pain which made me couldnt really stand n walk. Wasnt anyting like menses cramp as well..for me it wasnt bearable but hubby wanted me to go a&e but i tot for very long before i agreed. I was alr 4cm dilated then 😅

For my case, when BH occurs, I was still able to move. Whereas during contractions, I stood still on the spot till it went away. Although I have frequent BH, you can somehow tell the difference when it happens. Both are bearable, it’s just that contractions feels more uncomfy.
