Bio oil preggy safe?

I've read that Bio Oil contains vit A, whichnis not advised for pregnant women. Pero an article says mababa naman percentage of the vit A, so hindi daw harmful. Effective daw naman po for stretchmarks and best to start early in pregnancy. Totoo po ba?
