Can a pregnant woman eat canned tuna?

Hello po mommies, it is said that tuna fish has a high amount of mercury, which is not good for pregnant women, and some says okay lang daw basta may limit.. kayo po nung nagbubuntis kayo do you still eat cannned tuna like century tuna??? thank u po.
