If you recently started on solids you should follow a schedule similar to this.
week 1: Try feeding one tablespoon of the first few solid foods (potatoes, avocado, rice cereal etc)
week 2: slowly increase the quantity to maybe 2 tablespoons (u can add bananas to the diet now)
week 3: dont increase the quantity just move to another food like butternut squash or apples
week 4: green beans rice cereals, peaches
wek 5: yu can mix and match and increase the quantity a lil bit every day now on
