Pregnancy after missed miscarriage

Hi. I've had a missed miscarriage in 2022 and I just tested positive recently. It will be my 4th pregnancy (had 2 older children from first 2 pregnancies) and I'm in my early 40s. I'm very nervous, happy and scared at the same time. Am I really pregnant? 🥹 Any ladies have similar experiences to share. Thank you ❤️
