Eh please go see a doctor first before continuing all these supplements lah, especially if you are pregnant or trying to conceive! ACV in small amounts is generally okay but melatonin is actually not recommended during pregnancy because there's not enough safety studies done on it, and collagen also better to check first because some collagen products contain ingredients that may not be suitable. Please don't wait too long to see your gynae or GP because they need to review everything you are taking and advise you properly, cannot anyhow assume all supplements are safe just because they are "natural" one!
