I've been a super super fitness mom freak, but there are days that I feel so restless, what do you think I should do? Maybe a change of fitness plan?

If you're restless, maybe you need a workout that will help you rest your mind for a bit or give you intense focus. If you've done yoga and it does not work, maybe you can try spinning. Your attention will be on the task that you won't need to think too much.
