Fever - 14 weeks pregnant

I've been running a low grade fever on and off since last week - highest temp was 38 but it's usually 37.7. I don't have any other symptoms besides feeling cold (also it's winter and I'm overseas...). Is this something I should go to urgent care here for? Just worried because it's been a few days that it'll affect baby

It won’t affect the baby! I was sick every month during pregnancy and baby came out healthy! My gynae advice was to take vitamin C to boost back your immune system, drink more water, rest more, and take basic panadol. Do not take panadol extra or other kind of panadol.
