Just Mums

Prenatal food delivery

I've been randomly eating - noodles, rice and ended up with lots of carbs and unhealthy food. I'm week 9, i want to change to a healthier diet for my baby. I'm told I shouldn't not take overnight food too. Does anyone know lunch catering for prenatal? #pleasehelp

in all honesty, you don't need to waste your money on lunch catering. Just include protein veg in your diet and hydrate yourself, stay away from oily and sugary drinks and also dont take alot of cold drinks. most importantly, keep up an active lifestyle. go swimming, its very safe
