Postpartum Belly Binder

I've been looking around for a belly binder to wear after delivery! So far I've read that upspring postpartum Belly wrap with bamboo charcoal fibre has really good reviews. But I'm also looking at lovemere and envyher! Any advice on the types of binder that worked / are comfortable to wear for longer periods of time? I'll definitely be doing jamu massage which comes with the bengkung wraps so this is on top of the jamu massages. #1stimemom #firstbaby #advicepls

I bought the 3 piece binder & 1 belly binder from envyher but I ended up not using it… My massage is every alternate days & the wraps stays on for 5-8 hours. I think unless you’re opting for Csect, binder not really necessary :)

Today is my second session. I gave birth on 29/12, my tummy went down pretty much by day 6/7 already. Im not sure if it’s because I’m also pumping BM. I started massage on day 10 PP and I find that bengkung is enough, no need to waste $ for the binder.
