I’ve been having sudden nausea and vomitting, and breathlessness for the past 3 days, it’s making me feel really unwell. I’m currently at 24 weeks and worried i might be developing signs of preeclampsia 🥲 my next gynae appt is only in end march. What should I do? Go to a nearby clinic or polyclinic or A&E?
