Sour taste in mouth

I’m in my 20th week. I’ve been having this sour taste in my mouth for the past 2-3 weeks. Is there any way to keep it away? Any idea what’s the cause of it?

That sour taste is quite common in pregnancy, usually from hormonal changes and acid reflux, which gets worse as the baby grows and pushes on your stomach. I had it quite bad around the same timing with my second, and honestly what helped most was eating smaller meals throughout the day, avoiding acidic or spicy foods, and keeping some mints or sugar-free sweets on hand. You could also chat with your PD at your next visit if it's really bothering you, since there are safe options they can recommend if dietary changes don't help enough.
