Fatigue and headaches

I’ve been having headaches , feeling fatigued. Feels like vomiting but I can’t. Whenever i wanna stand and walk i can feel like falling. I’ve history of low blood . But not sure is this about that or I’m having another one :/

Why don’t you buy a test kit to test for pregnancy? If it’s negative, you can rule out the possibility and get properly checked up at GP for other possible ailments.

I think the best way to start would be to get the pregnancy test done at home and then decide next steps
