Cramps And Lower Back pain

Hi I've been having this cramps and lower back pain. Seen doctor cervix close. But now got discharge white clear mixed with a bit yellow thing. Baby keep giving me a bad lower abdomen cramps. I'm at 28 weeks. Any advice what should I do?
