Hi, what you’re experiencing should be Braxton Hicks. I am currently going thru all of the above you’ve stated and I’m not in labour yet. (39weeks) If you’re worried that it might be labour contractions, ask your gynae to check for dilations during your next check up & monitor your waterbag :)
Sounds like braxton hicks, if there are other symptoms eg discharge that's thick & bloody (mucus plug), warm liquid leaking, then faster give ur gynae a call or head to hosp
