I've been experiencing insomia for a few days now... It's already 5am and still I can't sleep. Any remedies for this condition? I'm almost at 2nd trimester and I think my hormones are greatly affecting my sleep so bad I just feel awake.
I usually wake up at 9am to 10am, have my naps at around 3pm-5pm and try to sleep by 12am because of my husband's work (WFH). What can I do to fix this? I try to sleep early sometimes but with the lights on, it's just impossible so I would spend time on my phone and play till I feel sleepy.
Before pregnancy and before ECQ, I sleep at around 10pm then just wake up at around 12am when hubby arrives from work then go back to sleep asap.
I feel worse. I need help.
