Hi all , issit important to drink milk during the process of pregnancy .... As im someone that hates to drink milk but if is a MUST i shall get myself a habit to start drinking ☺️

I cannot drink milk and did not take any while pregnant. I have a Calcium supplement from gynae ☺️
