is this normal?

Is this happening to anyone else? I'll be in the grocery store walking down the aisle and out of nowhere, my arms and legs will start to tingle and I will feel like I'm about to pass out, and it's not because I'm too hot because I'll be in the freezer aisle. Also I'm 18 weeks
