Baby can feel mummy's emotion. It will be better not to feel pressurized or stressed up all the time. Let loose and relax. Whenever you are stress, you can listen to some soothing music, read a book or even just go out of the house to take a breather.

Yea. I tried listening to music to calm me down. But I can still feel the movement of baby moving actively after a good 30 mins still. Isit alright?
