Better to skip the saunas and hot tubs completely until your doctor says it's okay after you've delivered. I go to saunas quite often in the winter and there's always a precautionary sign that warns pregnant woman about overheating. There are ways to reduce the dangers of sauna and hot tub overheating like lowering the temperature but this is only possible if you have your own personal equipment. It's very rare that you can adjust the temperature for a publicly used sauna or hot tub. For now, stick to a warm bath — as most of your upper body remains out of the water in the tub, you’re a lot less likely to overheat. You can add some bubbles and a scented candle to make it more relaxing.

I think yes, if we are talking about using an infrared sauna, where you can adjust the temperature. In general, I advise you to visit the site https://infraredsaunaexpert.com/ where you will find detailed video reviews of the best infrared saunas and you can read blogs about how infrared sauna affects health. It will be useful to everyone who likes to visit the sauna.

Like what Idza said, it's a big nono to go to saunas and hot tubs as pregnant women will get dehydrated quickly. Also, because your baby is still developing in your stomach and the heat might cause a disruption. If you must, take a warm shower but for me personally, I was feeling so warm and especially in Singapore's weather, I was taking a lot of cold showers.
