No. Medyo malayo kasi sa amin ang parks/spaces for running. Kapag dito naman sa area namin, mausok / madami sasakyan. Instead na maging healthy, baka lalo pa ako magkasakit. Indoors lang exercise ko like HIIT.
Alternate ginagawa ko, may time na boxing, jogging / running at may time na zumba. Iba iba depende sa weather at sa mood.
Volleyball ideally but most of the time, I do walking.
