Hi mum, I do think mindset plays quite a big role, especially in motherhood where everything feels non-stop and emotional. When I started changing how I talk to myself and stopped expecting everything to be perfect, I realised I handled stress and kids’ chaos a bit better also. But at the same time, mindset alone cannot solve everything, because practical help, rest, and support system also matter a lot. I think it is more about balance between how we think and what support we actually have in real life.
