Wa'alaikum assalam! Ohhh mama, gestational diabetes ni memang challenging jugak especially when pregnant lagi sambil jaga yang no 6 kan. A few of my mum friends went through the same thing, and honestly they managed well dengan insulin injections throughout pregnancy, baby keluar okay, and the GDM usually hilang after delivery. Best thing is to check in regularly dengan your doctor or specialist to make sure insulin dosage is right for this pregnancy, sebab setiap pregnancy memang berbeza sikit. You're doing great managing both at once, really!
