Alaaah dah 37 weeks dah! A few of my mum friends juga macam ni, dah buka 2cm tapi kontraksi still tak consistent or tak ada lagi, it's actually quite common lah, some bodies just slowly prepare yang gradual. Since you're at 37 weeks, you're officially full-term, so baby boleh come anytime now, but kalau belum ada proper contractions, usually it means your body is just getting ready at its own pace, yang dah bagus pun. Honestly best to check in with your doctor or midwife lah especially since you're tracking the dilation closely, they can assess if everything is progressing normally for you and give proper guidance based on your whole picture.
