Eh, at 38+ weeks memang perut akan keras-keras, especially kalau Braxton Hicks contractions (false labor), itu normal je, tapi kalau followed by consistent pain, bleeding, atau discharge yang pelik, kena contact your doctor atau midwife tau. A few of us dalam group went through the same worry and most of the time it's just the body preparing, but better safe than sorry lah, especially at this stage dah so close to the date, just get it checked out so you can rest assured!
