Eh, berat naik mendadak dekat 7 bulan tu memang normal sih, at that stage baby dah growth spurt dan amniotic fluid pun bertambah, so jangan risau sangat! Tapi sebab ni first baby you, better check dengan your doctor or midwife just to make sure everything's on track, especially if you're worried about anything else. In the meantime, make sure you're eating enough and staying hydrated okay, dear!
