Normal je, mama! Babies' poo smell memang lain dari adults, especially if breastfed, sometimes boleh quite strong or different dari yang mama expect. A few of my mum friends were also surprised dengan bau baby farts at this stage, but it usually settles down as their digestion matures lah. Yang penting is kalau baby feeding well, gaining weight, and seems comfortable, tu sign semua okay je. If you're worried ada something off (like very frequent gas, baby seems in pain, or constipated), check with the paediatrician just to be sure, tapi honestly 3 weeks is still early days for their little system!
