Is this infant acne? What can I do to make it go away?

For fast effect and result which many mummies don't like but i can't afford to make it worst, as my girl have it really bad rashes, I use steroid cream given by the polyclinic, which is very mild one but effective and once recover i will stop using and always keep it as clean as possible.
