my wife have HBP during the 3rd trimester doctor opt to C sec out earlier for both of their safety so its up to your gynae decision. she came out on the 5th this month EDD is 25th so far no issuses at the moment. Both mother and child are fine, if unsure always check with your gynae and ask for the best decision
