It’s a nerve pain from baby pressing onto the nerves, so warm compress and sports sprays won’t help (not a muscle issue). I had it since the start of my 2nd trimester. Sometimes paracetamol worked. Unfortunately we can’t take medicine for nerve pain during pregnancy. I learnt how to cope by walking with my leg rotated inwards on the side that hurts. That helps a bit. On days when I had pain on both sides, that was just horrendous, and I just hobbled along, especially while at work.
