How to manage constipation?

Am in week 4 - week 5 of pregnancy and I realised that I'm getting constipation even though I'm eating lesser (due to the feel of full) and more balanced meals but stil having constipation and abit gassy/bloated. I do also drink plenty of water. Any useful remedy to manage constipation and the bloated feeling?

I experience the same, anyone can share which brand (for prune juice and probiotics) safe for pregnant women? Tks!

Hello! I take probiotics daily to manage constipation! Sometimes I will add on fruits like apple, banana, guava etc 😁
