My in-laws offered to pay for my confinement lady cost. I do not feel comfortable about it as I don't want to owe them anything. What would you do? Or any past experience?

Speaking from experience, dont accept. Theyll bring it up in future if smtg happens and you guys will feel like you owe them smtg
