In the evening, I go to toilet and realised my panty liner was soaked. Problem is I don't even realised or know I peed.. is this common at such early stage of pregnancy or should I be worried that's it's sign of water break?

not too sure abt water breaking but sometimes when i sneeze even the slightest one i find my liner soaked too. it just comes out
I guess its ur discharge?
might be pelvic floor issue
maybe, doing some pelvic floor exercise to hopefully strengthen the muscle
