What is the feeling right before your water broke or before you know you're abt to deliver?

I'm so worried. Most of the time I'm on my own. I'm either wfh alone or alone in my office or commuting on my own. Can experienced natural birth mummies share what I tell-tale signs right before you admit to hospital? Other than SHOW & water bag break. Bcos I've been feeling like my fetus is laying really low recently. I'm 37 weeks.

There’s no sign prior to waterbag breaking. It’s just sudden trickling of water down or a gush of water. Typically it wont be a massive gush, it will usually come in episodes. So after the first sign of breaking, you’ll definitely still have time to get to the hospital. I didn’t have loss of mucus plug or bloody show either. In fact, I did not have massive contractions either. My contractions felt like braxton hicks but it just happened a lot more frequently than usual, so I decided to get checked at the hospital

Kkh. I was admitted because i was already 2cm dilated and although i didn’t really feel the contractions, the ctg monitor they used to listen to baby’s heartbeat and monitor contractions showed that i was already having contractions
