Switch BM to FM, LO constipated?

I hav been giving BM in the morning and FM at night for abt 2 mths. Now I'm going back to work I want to stop BM. So i tried to FM my LO whole day and he didn't poop! Usually he will poop at least once or twice a day. Any advice?

feed biogaia or other probiotics. helps with pooing

Child Development Check

Anyone here delivered at TMC & went somewhere else to do CDC & everything else? Shld I do it at polyclinic?

First month development check usually done at polyclinic unless you choose to go to private PD.

PD recommendation

I delivered at TMC and was assigned a PD there. But the waiting time for each visit is soo long despite having an appointment. And carpark is another issue. I need a recommendation pls :(

Actually, any other PD is fine. See which PD there is near you, then check for reviews. You don’t necessary have to go back to the one they assigned to you.

Hi, i jus gave birth at TMC. I am assigned to a PD but as everyone know, TMC parking is a nightmare. I'm thinking of switching PD. Any recommendation? Also, vaccination, any diff doing at polyclinic vs private clinics? TIA!

I go to kids clinic at bishan :) then polyclinic for vaccination

What is the feeling right before your water broke or before you know you're abt to deliver?

I'm so worried. Most of the time I'm on my own. I'm either wfh alone or alone in my office or commuting on my own. Can experienced natural birth mummies share what I tell-tale signs right before you admit to hospital? Other than SHOW & water bag break. Bcos I've been feeling like my fetus is laying really low recently. I'm 37 weeks.

It really varies. I didn’t lose my mucus plug (maybe I did but I didn’t have any bloody show nor thick mucus) nor did my water bag break even at week 40 (overdue and induced). I was admitted for low fluid and the nurses had to manually break my waterbag. I think if you feel that your contractions are more frequent and longer, then better call up your hospital and they will advise you accordingly. Don’t wait till it gets very intense that you don’t even have the time to go hospital.
