Im just wondering whether Is a urinary catheter required to be inserted for everyone before birth? If so was is very uncomfortable?

I only realise i had it after i wake up from my csect....my friends had natural birth and yes they were inserted a urinary catheter too

Mine was put after the insertion of epidural.. No feeling at all
