Is getting a Doppler worth it?

Hello, I’m just wondering how accurate is a Doppler bought online and how would you know if you’re measuring baby’s heartbeat or your own? Given that it works on anyone (even if you put it on husband’s tummy there will be results) too? As I’m contemplating on getting to ease first trimester anxiety. Thanks!
