Child care subsidy benefit

I'm week 23 now and stopped working after I found out I'm pregnant (to avoid stress physically and mentally). My husband is still working full time. May I know how can we still be entitled to child care subsidies when bb is around 4-6 months? Planning to start working around that time. Appreciate your advice! 😊
