Bad migraine and vomiting at 17 weeks

Hi all, I’m at week 17 now. I’ve been having bad migraine and still vomiting. Food intake has not been good. Any remedies or medicine to help ease it?

If you can take paracetamol then take the basic panadol to see if it helps. 100Plus for vomiting.
