It's normal to cramp at night?

I'm week 12 3day,I having hard time sleeping at night for pass few days.sometime I having cramp on my hand and legs.isnt normal?until I put pillow don't know why. Can anyone suggestions.

Totally normal! Sometimes it’s like cramping or numbness. Try to massage it slowly and wear compression socks. And drink lots of water! Get the U-shaped pregnancy pillow. It helps for me! Bought mine from Shopee, quite cheap honestly. Below $50.

Normal. Prop yourself with pillows and/or wear compression socks.
