Super Mum

I’m no expert, but I didn’t change any of my products when I got pregnant. I think just ensure there are no parabens. Also, I would avoid using feminine washes. Yes they kill bacteria, but when the bacteria is gone, it’s easy to get fungal infections, especially during pregnancy. The doctor advised to just spray water with the shower head.

Antibacterial products do not protect you from COVID-19 since it’s a virus. But soap and proper handwashing techniques will definitely protect you, so that’s more important. Also, stay at home if possible, stay away from anyone sick, and make sure your husband also washes his hands before touching you. Haha
