4months can feed pureed food & water?

I’m unsure if my baby at 4months+ can give pureed food & when can we start giving them water to drink? #firstbaby #pleasehelp

Hi mummy, please get paed’s approval first before beginning solid as baby might not be as ready as we think. My son got the green light at 4m & 1 wk old. Started off with brown cereal mixed in milk. Then pureed food and now porridge what not! Water best to start at 6months old
