Common flu lead to autism in baby?

Im suffering from a cold for 2 weeks and Im on my second round of antibiotics with flu and cough medication. Im very worried with the amount of medication I take in, will it cause my baby to have autism or adhd or other diseases and illnesses? Im thinking of stopping my medications. Any experienced mommies share their experiences with me? Im currently 6-7weeks pregnant.

?? No it wont. Autism can be developed after baby is born, FYI. It is unfair for baby if mummy doesn’t recover properly, isn’t it? Also i’m pretty sure your meds are doctor prescribed (safe to use for pregnant women). The more you overthink the more you won’t get better. If you dont want to take meds, can try traditional ways i guess
