Nah, it's totally ok. Will not harm your baby. Remember eventhough you're pregnant, you're not eating for 2. I'm in my 2nd trimester and I always feel hungry around 11-12 am but I will always ignore it or just drink some water because I have terrible heartburn and I have to wait for 2 hours after meal to sleep. So what I did instead is once I wake up in the morning, I shower first then eat. Eat small meals but few times a day.
