Can I eat chocolate or drink hot chocolate in 1st tri?

I'm quite miserable staying off alot of food. The worry of having a safe and healthy pregnancy coupled with food and activity restrictions is taking its toll on me.. Can I have a full sized snicker bar at least?

Dark chocolate (at least 75%) is considered good. I wouldn’t go for other types unless I’m reeeeeally craving, and would likely not eat the whole thing in one go… But that’s also because I’m relatively high risk (FTM at >35) and struggle to eat healthy 😅
