Hi im pregnant few weeks.. but i have a bad runny nose blocked will it be fine to take normal panadol to relieve the blocked nose

Panadol doesn’t relieve blocked nose but it’s safe to take. Antihistamines for blocked nose are also safe. You can see a doctor and let the doctor know you’re pregnant:)
