eat pomegranates in empty stomach for 10 days along two 2 L of Water. forget constipation

I drink 2 to 3 cups of hot water almost everyday and its been better now im 6month pregnant

Try taking chia seeds in your drink or food..it helped me now during my pregnancy

Hi, eat more fruits, especially apples, if it’s possible, and drink more water

High fibre cereals in the morning really helps!
