Not sure what is this

I also had cramps around my stomach, thigh & back earlier on. It wasnt really frequent. I slept off the pain and woke up feeling better. Should i worry?

this looks like discharge... mucus plug mine was clear thick discharge with a bit of blood mixed in it... looks nothing like this
