Butterflies in my tummy

Hi. I’m pregnant 13 weeks and not sure why I started to feel like there’s butterflies in my stomach (nausea but not nausea. Don’t know how to explain) and unusual dizziness (never felt this kind before). Is this normal? First pregnancy tho.
